Meet the Teachers
Little Pilgrim Preschool's teachers are selected for their warmth and understanding of young children. All of our staff meet the Florida state background screening and are licensed in First Aid and CPR. Their educational training meets, but is certainly not limited to, a 40 hour child care training course, as well as 15 hours of continuing education annually.
Our classrooms are kept to a low teacher-student ratio in order to provide a nurturing loving environment for the children & teachers. We pride ourselves on creating a family atmosphere with the children and the parents, and create strong bonds to tie family life in with school life.

Miss Janet Maxham:
Janet is the Director of LPP and is the teacher in the Yellow Room. She has her CDA and Director's Credentials and continues her education at SCF to stay current.
Miss Amanda McNish
Amanda is the lead teacher in the VPK classroom (the Red Room). She has her CDA, Director's Credentials, and is earning her AA.
Miss Katy Brogdon
Katy is the co-teacher in the VPK classroom (4-5 year olds). She has her CDA and is in the process of acquiring her Director's Credentials.
Miss Erin Petz
Erin is the co-teacher in the Yellow Room (3-4 year olds). She has her CDA and takes continuing education classes annually.
Miss Kathyanne Bucci
Kathyanne is the lead teacher in the Blue Room (2-3 year olds). She has her CDA, her Director's Credentials, and is earning her AA.
